Causes of motor bearing overheating

1. Bearing damage

2. Too much or too little lubricating oil or poor oil quality

3. The bearing and shaft fit too loose or too tight

4. The bearing and end cover are too loose or too tight

5. The oil ring of sliding bearing rolls or rotates slowly

6. The end covers or bearing covers on both sides of the motor are not installed flat

7. The belt is too tight

8. The coupling is not installed properly.
